If you are contacting us regarding a charge of US$49.95 (or equivalent) on your bank statement, please note that this was not processed by QRCode.io. This charge likely belongs to a separate company with a similar name: QR-CODE.io (note the hyphen). They often appear as "QR CODE.IO" on statements as misleading branding.
What to do: You will need to contact your bank to dispute the payment or reach out to their support team directly. For the same reason, we won't be able to "reactive" your qr code that you generated with them.
Our Policy: Because this is a separate entity, we cannot provide further assistance regarding their billing. If your inquiry is regarding this specific charge, please consider this our final response.
For your peace of mind: QRCode.io never asks for credit card information for free trials. Your trial will expire automatically unless you manually choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
